By accessing or using our Platform, you ("Client" or "User" ) agree to comply with these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy and other related documents.

2. Account Registration

To access certain services, you are required to complete a registration process. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep this updated. Upon registration, you will be assigned login credentials, which you agree to keep secure. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not.

3. Security

We implement security measures including two-factor authentication to ensure the safety of your account. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

If you suspect any unauthorized access, you should notify us immediately.

4. Fees and Payments

All Costs, including subscription costs and applicable taxes, are clearly stated on our Platform and are subject to change. Payments are required to be made within the specified timeframes. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of services.

Subscription Cost: A Subscription cost of Rs. 200 is levied per day for trading activities.

Setup Cost: A one-time setup cost of Rs. 5,000 is required.

Additional Cost: There are no hidden charges beyond the costs mentioned above.

5. Service Usage

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform if we suspect a breach of these Terms or any illegal activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, and software on the Platform, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Chennai.

    To become a subscriber:

    1. Ensure you have an active Demat account.

    2. Make an initial investment of ₹50,000 and cover the setup fee of ₹5,000, API key cost of ₹2,000, and subscription fee of ₹1,000.

    3. Complete the investment and setup process to activate your subscription.

    4. Our team will manage your account and execute trades on your behalf.
